LEADING REVENUE STRATEGIES AT THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF INDIANAPOLIS
In the last decade, Burch has led fundraising teams responsible for securing over $75 million for annual, capital, and planned giving programs. She organized and launched the Museum’s current $57 million comprehensive campaign, successfully completing its silent leadership phase.
While leading the Museum’s Membership program, Burch more than doubled the number of member households from 16,000 to 30,000 in less than 18 months. She has planned and produced fundraising events, with the most recent achieving over $200,000 in net proceeds. Burch secured the largest sponsorship in the Museum’s history, as well as local and national corporate partners for the Museum’s major health and science initiatives, early childhood experiences, and touring exhibits. Sponsors included national brands such as Swiffer, Sherwin-Williams, Chase, Coca-Cola, Lilly, and Target.
